After completing a video project and go to DVD or Burn the preview screen will come up but the pop up for creating a DVD or Image doesn't. I made sure pop up blockers were off along with the firewall and any other software that would prevent the DVD burn screen to come up. I've updated the graphics software and the problem still exist and Roxio will lock up my system. My operating system is Windows Vista and service packs etc., are up to date. Does anyone have any suggestion as to what I should do next.

Save your project. Close VideoWave and open MyDVD, add that project to whatever menu you chose (or no menu). Try clicking on the burn icon. Does that work?

 

From the above, I'm not clear if you are using MyDVD or the light version that you can get to through VideoWave. MyDVD is the better choice with many more options.
