Video Capture USB Question

I am trying to use the USB capture device with Creator 2009....I am getting a no signal message however when I hit play on the camcorder playing the tape I can see the movie playing and hear the video through my computer. Any advice?? I have been nothing but frustated since I purchased creator 2009. I have a brand new computer and still can't seem to get things to run correctly.

Do you have Easy VHS to DVD or what you said in the post, C2009 and the Roxio USB Capture Device?

 

In what application are you trying to capture? How are you hooked up to the source?

 

What operating system are you using?

 

The devil is in the details, don't make us guess, please!

I can see USB 2861 Device....everything I read about seems to be there...just Capture Now does not seem to be available....any help???
