Blu-Ray keeps changing to 4:3 aspect ratio after update

I just updated to Toast 10 and now the Blu-ray keeps taking my 16X9 footage and squeezing it with bars on the side to 4:3. I even went into the advanced "More" menu and selected 16 x 9 and it still went to 4:3.

 

I am on a deadline and now this is just not good. I need help.

1) What is the source video? (format? bitrate? resolution? how was it created?)

2) What happens if you force 16:9 encoding in the custom encoder settings?
