can't capture video

Sorry to jump in here, but have the same problem here to.

 

I have windows vista basic, I have checked the drivers for roxio and all is up to date. SP2 is also loaded. In plug and burn I can see the video and hear the video but the 'capture now' button is greyed out. Thought I'd just try capture video, and avoid plug and burn. Again I get both sound and vision, but it says there is no signal. I am at a loss, any ideas.

The OP has XP, you don’t…

 

OP has said nothing more…

 

So other than having the same software, you don’t have the same problem…

 

Read the pinned posts at the top then start a new Topic if you haven’t fixed it by then.

I have a toshiba tv/vcr combo can not get device to capture video. Can anyone help, have any suggestions?

We have windows xp

by the usb port to the video and audio outputs

what olther info do you need?

Look through cdanteek’s pinned post at the top and compare pictures to your system.

 

In fact, read all of them, lots of good info!
