Photo Show 5 - Order Number Problem

I finally downloaded Roxio PhotoShow 5 after getting help from techs. Now I can't open PhotoShow because it asks for my order number. I don't have an order number. My receipt printed out with a Reference Number: XXXXXX. Info said to put in email address and last 5 numbers of credit card to see my order number. This brought up Norton Virus protection that I purchased. I bought this downlad on May 11 and still can't get into it. HELP. I also can't get my old help ticket XXXXXXXX to work. Any help is welcomed! ~Barb~

I edited you post to take out the numbers. Since no one here can help with your issue, they are not needed. Contact help again. Keep them on the line until they get you started.
