music disk creator will not open -rc2009

Running windows xp sp3 - trying to create a cd project but can't open the audio CD window. When I click on Create Music Disc Projects the little arrow spins for a while but nothing happens. When I open from Start-Programs-Roxio-Applications and click on music disc creator, nothing happens. It has worked okay in the past.

Reinstall worked - but the forest looks neat!

If it worked before and now it don’t, it is broken…

 

You can try uninstall/re-install but more than likely you will need to do the Clean Install.

Thanks, Jim - I'll try install/reinstall. I have the info on a clean install. Looks like a trip into a deep dark forest!
