Difference in Account and Icon

I am new to Roxio, and still have not been able to successfully burn a DVD, but that's another story. When I click on Roxio in my Icons, I only have 2 photo shows listed. If I then sign into my account, I have the 5 that I should have. How do I get the Icon to recognize the other 3 photoshows? I don't see anywhere that I can download the ones from my account, and if I try to import the photo shows, it says I have none to import!! Please help!!

I have Roxio PhotoShow 5 and 6 for Windows XP. I did figure out how to move the photo shows, but I still cannot successfully burn a DVD. Roxio PhotoShow goes through the whole process, and at the end when it is done, says

Failed to burn to "D:HL-DT-ST-DVD RAM GMA-4020B A105"

Hi, you will have to download the shows to your desktop if they are showing up on line, but not in your desktop program. Go to the menu "online" in Roxio photoshow 6, and choose "download photoshows". That will show all of your shows which are posted on line. Click each one you want to download to your computer, and they will then be included in your desktop program.

As far as burning, I don't think the program burns dvd's perfectly. I use Photoshow 5, which I don't have problems with burning dvds. When I burned a DVD in Photoshow 6, it was missing some of the last slides, so I never used that feature again.

What program are you talking about - be specific, there are several programs from Sonic/Roxio that have similar names.

I don't think you have "Venue and QFlix" so once we know your program we can move your post to the correct forum
