No Convert Window

I am new to Toast 10, having just upgraded form Toast 8. One difficulty I am having is that there is no Convert Window option showing in the Toast 10 Titanium DVD-Video screen. There are references to this in the manual and on the posts but I can't find it anywhere. I am trying to convert Elgato files to Apple TV format.

The convert option is now in a new tab across the top. From left they are Data, Audio, Video, Copy and Convert.

Thanks for the info. I was looking for a name on the left side of the window. I had no idea it was one of the symbols on the top. Now it works just fine.
