Martin Svaabeck
My original 5.2 Basic installed on Dell PC by Dell. My system is XP Professional & Internet explorer is #7 _ Windows Media Player is Version 11. Recent attempt to Use Roxio to copy CD will not open up. Drop down window advises Roxio will not work with current Windows. Attempt to upgrade and for whatever reason downloaded upgrade will not proceed. Please advise, or, what cost to download 2009 on-line, can this be instituted???? Kind Regards, Martin Svaabeck @ frederiksborg.

Internet Explorer version 7 or Windows Media Player version 11 - both these "enhancements" break early versions of Easy CD Creator 5. You will need to roll them back a version ( http://forums.support.roxio.com/index.php?showtopic=23162 ), You have a Dell oem version so for any upgrades you will have to contact them. This one might help you http://forums.support.roxio.com/index.php?showtopic=161 . If you want the full retail downloaded version from Roxio, version 9 is no longer available. You might get a copy on Amazon/Ebay.
lynn98109
These are public Forums, searched by google and other search engines, which in turn are searched by spammers seeking to "harvest" email addresses for spamming purposes. I'd suggest you remove your email address, if it isn't already too late. None of the volunteers here are going to use it to send you an answer.
