I have another question on this subject. I un-installed 10, then installed 7 (which I find much more user friendly) but it screwed up the device driver for my Optiarc DVD RW AD-7200S. I then did a system restore to before I un-installed 10, but now the program says "The certificate file is missing or has been corrupted" when I tried to open it. I tried repairing - said the same thing. Tried reinstalling - again the same error. I do have my original dowloaded file as well as the Content file.
Can someone please tell me what this certificate file is named and where I might find it in my backups? Also can I just copy the file to where it belongs?
Using Windows XP Pro SP2 with all updates
Thanks
Lorraine
You use the same exe file(s) you downloaded when you purchased it, that hopefully you made a backup copy of.
