Streamer was working and now is no longer available via Safari

I'm using Toast 10 Titanium Pro with Roxio Streamer. It has worked for me in the past and all of a sudden I'm receiving an error message that says Safari can’t open the page “http://streamer.roxio.com/your_name” because it could not connect to the server “streamer.roxio.com”. I'm not sure if this means that roxio is having a problem because it's saying streamer.roxio.com cant be connected to.

 

I can go to http://127.0.0.1:10080/login.html and see my login screen and I can login from there and start the movie. However, my iphone and computer at home can not get there by going to streamer.roxio.com/your_name. I'm using a mac mini and the streamer says the streamer server is running at streamer.roxio.com/your_name. But right now, I can't access it for any reason.

 

Just a week ago, when I used it during a business trip, it worked perfectly. Now all of a sudden I can't get there. I've quit streamer and started it over but it still fails to work.

 

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be very helpful. Thanks so much everyone.
