Reinstall

Dear Fellow Multimedia Enthusiasts:

 

I recently had to remove roxio 2009 because a maintenance program corrupted it. Now when I attemp to reinstall it, after having removed it, It tells me "Certificate File Missing or Corrupted". It relodes but does not correct the problem I have tried several times with the same resulting failure. Can any of you help me sort this problem ou?

When you first posted your problem you used the Venue and QFlix forum.

 

Would you mind sharing with us what made you pick that forum instead of the Creator 2009 forum.

 

Lately, many 1st time posters are doing this, I just wondered why, be honest, no harm will come to you.
