Video Wave Exporting to DivX

Qtermile14

Question

When I click output ..... export as .... new, and set the compression to Divx, and then I click OK, it says "Please press the advanced button, and select your desired DivX profile options." There is no advanced button to press. Can anyone help?

The Advanced button would show up just under the Frame Rate and Frame Size drop-down lists if the codec has adjustments like bitrate. Do you have the latest DivX installed?

If you follow his steps no Advanced Button is displayed but it will not exit the the User Defined Template…

I can reproduce it but don’t have a solution

It works (i.e. the advanced button is there and opens the divx settings window and accepts the settings, etc.) in EMC9 but not in Creator 2009. I reported that in January, as a Creator 2009 bug.

So what would be a good alternative?

Would Drag & Drop Convert be up to snuff?

Jim,

What you attached is exactly the problem.

Jean,

I did noticed the predefined DivX properties, but was wanting a different resolution than in the three predefined properties. I went to my EMC 10 and did see the advanced button.

I have installed the latest update which I think came out in May. It did not have this fx in it.

Thank you Everyone for your help.

Jean reported it in January. Nothing more can be done…

We have given you all the options you have. You can use VideoWave as you have seen.

You can use Video Copy and Convert with a few more:

Or use SynIt with these:

Or, you still have EMC 10, use that...
