Have you installed the SP4 update for Creator 2009? It usually takes care of that.

 

I have the same problem, I'm running Vista Home Premium, I have clean installed, uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no change. I too down loaded the SP4 without change to the issue. This is a real problem for me when the software cost $100.00 and then does not perform. If anyone has a suggestion I would be happy to try anything to get this to work since the store will not accept the return of opened software. Thanks

Print it out, follow it to the letter and all should work…
