Did you install any new software, do any updates or run a registry cleaner? How long ago did the problem start? I hate to say it but if you are experiencing other problems with Creator 2009, get ready for a clean install.

I have problems with video capture also, do you mean uninstall creator 2009 and reinstall it, how do you do a clean install? I have been having problems for over a week. One other thing, I also have Adobe elements the capture screen will not work there either its black but the camera will start in it just like in Creator
