Brian1001
When I tried to upgrade Toast 8 I got an error message saying I didn't have the sufficient privileges to do this. tsantee
It often does not work to replace the earlier version with the new one directly. What I recommend is either renaming the earlier version's folder so that you end up with both the new one and old one in your Applications folder, or first dragging the older one to the trash before copying in the new one. All you need to do is trash whatever Toast 8 folder is now in your Applications folder and then drag in the new one from the mounted disc image download.
