create DVD from Project

New user and lost - wife created 'project' of daughters wedding. On Videowave scren with project up. when using the 'Burn with MyDVD Express' next screen comes up and wants me to add 'project' or file.

Can not get Roxio-Creator to go from /DMSM file format to DVD so we can view on our DVD Home thater player.

What Am I doing wrong?

Am using Roxio Creator V9 - just loaded ystererday, with Upgrades.

Having way too much trouble with this product. It failed on installation - and had to call help desk to loacte new patch. Manual does not look like or act like the product on desktop.

 

Back to your suggestion.... got out of Videowave. started MyDVD - we do not have 'add photos/videos' icon - we have 'add new movie' or add 'slide show' ;

Which product do you have? Roxio Creator 2009 or Easy Media Creator 9? They are complete ly different suites. You have to be correct in your naming - there is no such program as Roxio Creator V9.

Is this the version you have (click on Help and About) :

 

 

Also, what Upgrade did you load? . And what Help desk did you call for "new patch"?.

Sorry about some mis-information. In myDVD its "Add new Movie" to add the Videowave project (dmsm) file. (In Videowave its Add Photo/Video).

 

You cannot use "Open" to add the Videowave (dmsm) project file. In myDVD will only open myDVD (dmsd) project files.

What program suite do you actually have? You are posting in "Venue and Qflix" which obviously you do not have.

We will move you to the correct forum once you give us that information.

 

In the meantime ..

 

I assume you have created a Videowave project and saved you project to a dmsm file. You should now close Videowave and then launch myDVD (do not use myDVDExpress , a dumbed down wizard) and use "Add Photos/Video" and add your dmsm project file.
