the audio and video decoders for the cineplayer will not install.tried the clean install several times.installed the update and engine.still will not work.I get an exception occurred while trying to run

I have the downloded version of Creator 2009.

Find the CPDP.msi module and double click on it. You should get a Cineplayer decoder installation screen.

 

If Cineplayer is not installed then find CP.msi module and double click on it.

 

 

Look under Control Panel for Cineplayer and look at the all the tabs. Be sure everything is checked. You may not have this applet for Creator 2009.

I could not find the CPDP.msi module and CP.msi module in any of the roxio files or my computer.when I go to the cineplayer in control panel and try to open the audio and video tabs I get an exception occurred same as previously.running windows xp.

is there another player out there that would work better then the cineplayer?

Those files are not there,I did update with SP4 and pxengine4 10 28a.exe, and this still did not make a difference.
