qsabe
Roxio Creator 2009 Ultimate.!! XP SP3.. I know I should have done the download and try it first. But I bought annd paid my money, now I find I cannot use this software. It will not allow drag and drop on a RW disk. When the program starts it keeps asking for the install disk, wanting to reinstall everything all over. It will erase (actually screw up an RW disk) but it will not reformat it. Helps are not. I would like to mail it back and get maybe some of my 100 bucks back. I'll put my old Nero back on for reliability and functionality, but I hate to think I'll have eat my purchase on it and write it off to experience with Roxie.. Isn't there like a 2 day warranted and how do I find it?

Drag to Disc is not part of Creator 2009 and in fact has not been available for 2 versions now. Creator 2009 has no formatting capability. If you are continuously asked for the install disc then obviously you have a corrup install and the only solution would a the Clean Install/ReInstall. How do I contact Roxie. Any address for marketing. I ordered the program sent to me, I'll pay to return it. Expecting a manual, nothing in the package but the two disk. The disk package box was not wrapped in cellophane, so the only change has been to remove it from the box and run it in both of my DVDRW drives trying to get it to run. I do have DVDiT installed and was ready to try removing that, but decided irt was not worth it. This was highly rated so when Nero's use of NEF peed me off I figured it would be as good. No go.. Thanks for any help.
