fitztownsend
I have what I think should be a simple question: Can I convert raw AVCHD source files to some kind of editable SD format such as DVCPRO using Toast 9 on a Powerbook G4 running 10.4.11 ? Yes or no? All help is much appreciated.
tsantee
Yes. There is a present for converting to DV/DVCPRO or you can choose to convert to QuickTime Movie and choose custom where you can change the codec to DVCPRO50 or several other codecs. fitztownsend
Thanks, Tsantee. And I'd love to hear from anyone else who is using this workflow - especially regarding conversion times... (I know... upgrade....)
