Dionisio
when trying to capture video from Hi8 camcorder I get this No Signal red message I chatted with two Roxio support guys to no avail here's the ticket for the problem I reported: 755820 Status Open Date 6/23/2009 Issue Description Technical Support | Easy VHS to DVD | Capture/Output WebTicket 6/23/2009 I tried all the steps Roxio support guys Adam and Daniel told me to no avail. Uninstalled and reinstalled the driver as told. It seems like my camcorder is not supported by Roxio Easy VHS to DVD It does not appear in the list you provide. This is a Sony Handycam Vision CCD TRV93 video Hi8 My laptop is a HP dv7-1285dx running Windows Vista Perhaps my only choice at this point is to return your product back to Best Buy where I purchased it today.
