Itunes recently changed the way they sell their downloads, but for the longest time you could not bring itunes-purchased songs into programs due to "protection" added to the song from itunes.... You'll either have to make a movie slideshow using another application such as iMovie or iPhoto or you need to use iDVD instead of Toast to get a DVD slide show with audio.
