Hey. I purchased Nero Photoshow Deluxe 4, and due 2 not having a PC for a long time, lost the program. I got in contact with Nero last week, and they sent me an E-Mail with this on it.

But this takes me to these sites:

and no where is there a link where U can download it at. Then I call them and they say Call roxio because they have that dept. now. I logged into my Roxio acct and it shows that I did register that Product with them, but again no place to download it from on my member page the way it's suppose to be shown. Can any1 help me get my old program back? I'd appreciate it. thanks.

And I did log in2 Roxio acct, and there's no DL button there 2 press just asking me 2 upgrade for $39.00. Well, I'll keep looking for a DL 2 it on the net and just put in my serial when I find it. I like Roxio man but times are ruff and I can't spend $ for sumthing that I had already purchased.

Go here and on the right side, click on the link to Register your product. That will have everything that you registered with Roxio.

Are you sure you went to the right account page? Although I have the premium account which may be different, I see both the download AND the CD key.

 

I know that times are tough, if you just want to make slide shows to burn to CD to share, try Windows Movie Maker; it is already on your computer or you can download the latest version free.

 

I'm sure you read this about Nero customers. Hve you talked to Cleverbridge about your problem?

I don't understand; why did you call Nero if you registered with Roxio? Do you have or did they say you had a premium account? I think the person at Nero was handing you a line.

 

Perhaps this will help. Try that first.

 

Go to this page and near the top, there is a link to "My Account" log in there and you will be able to download.

 

You can use the free account to make Photo shows but it is limited in what you can do and how long they will be on the site.
