Creator 2009 Install & Launching Problems

I have had the worst time tring to get the program to launch the applications. It does nothing when I select a function. The circle just goes around and then quits. Nothing else happens. I have uninstalled and competed the Clean Install many times. I completed the unistall and clean install many time to make sure I didn't miss anything. The problem continues. I tried this again last Saturday and again today. Toward the end of the install, a message comes up and says "You must install Roxio Easy Media Creator 10 before installing content." Now what the heck is this. I don't have Creator 10 nor do I want it.

 

Does anyone have some suggestions? Please help!

That will allow the Content to be installed.

 

For the going nowhere problem, the SP4 update for Creator 2009 will cure that one. Also a pinned post at the top.

 

Program has been out since November 2008, we know it pretty well, so don’t get too frustrated before you drop in
