Media Capture or Burn

Philip R

Question

I was importing old family pictures using my HP PhotoSmart All-in-One Scanner on to a Sony Microvault, 1GB memory stick. Since the picture data was relatively large I allowed the tranfer over night. About 7 hours later when I returned to the computer, My DVD 10 Premier had closed. I re-opened the program and attempted to add additional import photos. I got the following message: MEDIA CAPTURE OR BURN CAN BE USED ON ONLY ONE INSTANT AT A TIME. Anyone know what's going on with that? I can't get my Import Photo page to come up and I've been unable to figure out were the capture or burn process in working, or how to turn it off. I am using XP-sp3 operating system. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Sounds like the app may have errored out while you were away from it, but the core process is still "running". Try shutting down your PC and restarting.
