Module Problems

I recently installed Creator 2009 and updated it with SP4. I have only tried to work with photos, but have encountered "RoxWizard Launcher Module" and "Media Manager II Module" problems that cause those modules to close. Any ideas about fixing these problems? I am extremely disappointed in this software so far!

You are getting help, in your thread, and it appears that something running on your computer, when you do the installation, is causing your problems.
