How to install it without a disk

Hello i was wondering how to install roxio 2009 on my computer without a disk. i bought it from target right when this program came out but unfortunatley i broke the cd. i still have the cd key and the box. Please help me re install it onto my computer! this program is not cheap and i cannot afford to buy it again because i still have the CD key Please email me with solutions at (edit email removed) thank you very much for everones time
