Creator 9

Question

I have just completed my first slide show with audio backup. All seemed to go well until I played back the DVD. Periodically throughout the show slides become pixellated, and the audio tracks are distorted or jump. Can you help me. There isn't a troubleshooting section in the manual.

Timhar, You posted in the section of the forum designated for PhotoShow but your title says Creator 9. Before anyone can answer your question, please tell us what program you do have.

Creator 2009

Easy Media Creator 9

It would also be a big help if you would put your computer specs in your signature so that the specs will show up in all your posts. At a minimum, post your computer manufacturer and exact product number along with any upgrades you made. Also your burner information and operating system.

If you have one of the first two, read about burning to an ISO file and then copying to a DVD. Make sure you are using a quality disc; stay away from store brands and from Memorex. Many people have problems with those discs.
