I have windows vista sp2, and maybe I did something wrong, but after I loaded up the software all I see is the ROXIO logo appear and then disappear. Thats it. But I also had some problems at first when I put the usb thing in. It then told me to insert the disk and then it could not find the driver for the video capture usb. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

I have the same problem here ... although I have a 64 bit system.

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times now. No dice yet. I followed every proceedure the card and manual gave. Whats next?
