AugieD
What error message are you getting? I don't know what error the originator is getting but I get a message to the effect: "Cannot find creator 2009 on your system please install " and then backs out completely. Yet when I click the creator 2009 short cut the program loads but off coarse does not have the contents stuff as it did not load. Were confused and frustrated at this point as I have went throught the clean install routine at least 5 times with no success. This is the only program I have ever had that I could not load and I have been doing this since the old DOS days when you didn't have auto loaders. Sometimes when you have your anti-virus on or paused when you install, not everything reaches the registry properly. Also check for malware, and defrag your hard drive. How much free space do you have on your hard drive and are you installing to your system drive or other? I'm afraid that you will have to do a clean install again. Print it off and don't skip any steps. If you have a folder or a file you can't uninstall, move it to your desktop. When you reboot, you will then be able to delete them. Big_Dave
As recommended by Sknis, do a clean installation the apply SP4. Clean install instructions for Creator 2009 on Windows XP Clean install instructions for Creator 2009 on Windows Vista After a clean installation then apply SP4. Creator 2009 sp4 If you downloaded two files from Roxio, be sure you install the progams before the content.

I think I have followed to the T every step in the Vista clean up. I have sp2 installed.
