I purchased an upgrade through the EMC Premier provided on my new DELL machine. It seems to down load and install OK apart from an Microsoft .Net error message. When I click on the shortcut after installation the red roxio appears for a few seconds and then disappears but no program is loaded - any suggestions?

Try to download again, just in case you got a dud file.

 

Ensure that you are full up to date on Microsoft .NET Framework. If you are, Roxio might skip that stage.

I have the same issue exactly I have re-downloaded and reinstalled and updated net3.5 still nothing The roxio support team and consistanly ignored my reqset for help. Anyone have the answer? I purchased from Roxio dirct.

FloJo2601 IM’d me and reported all is well after carefully following the Clean Install instructions.

 

Instead of wasting everyone’s time with Me Too postings, I suggest that the Clean Install be tried, at least twice.

 

Still no luck? Then start your own Topic with system details and the point of failure, as closely as you can determine.
