Toast 10 Very Slow To Open/Force-Quit

I have had a problem off and on where Toast 10 won't open. Icon and triangle show up in the dock, but the program may or may not open. Have to force quit multiple times to get it to open. I trashed the .plist and it helps sometimes. I have installed the 10.0.2 update. Anyone else gone through his. Thanks.

This may indicate that your system needs repair. Use DiskWarrior if you have it. Otherwise use the repair function in Disk Utility. When Toast first opens it checks a variety of system resources including searching for any connected disc burners. Maybe something is interfering with that.
