CAPTURE PROBLEMS WITH CANON MV700PAL

eric01

Question

I've just bought Roxio Creator 2009 online. Sofar'I've not been able to connect my Canon Camcorder MV700 (pal) to my PC via FireWire. Windows is shutting down the programma as soon as it recognizes the camera before capture.,

The moment I click on the option for capturing Windows is shutting down this particular part of Roxio 2009.

I have re-installed the programme. I have tried capturing with Windows movie maker which works fine, as well as as capturing with Roxio Video Wave Move maker, an older version.

These are (partly Dutch, i'm sorry) the technical details on my PC:

Can you control the camcorder from the Capture program? Do you get an error message?

Are you capturing to drive C:? With only 11GB free, you will definitely have problems.
