Titles lost when burning a CD

miloshapiro

Question

I'm using Creator Classic to burn a CD. The mp3 files have nice titles, but the CDs all end up just Track01.cda, Track02.cda, etc.

Is there a way to tell Roxio to burn the titles onto the CD as well? It would be nice to see them in Exploring for playback.

This same problem has been posted on the forum before and as I remember there is no way that when burning a CDA or MP3 CD that the titles will transfer, at least using Roxio EMC. However, what I do is copy the MP3 files to a separate folder and rename each track with it's correct title in that folder. When I play the audio files using WMP, all the titles are showing. When you burn the MP3 disk, what are you using to play the files ? So if you are just wanting to see them via "Explore" or are playingn them with Windows Media Player, then the titles should show if you rename them and the open them into WMP from that folder.
