No Applications Working

Question

:) I Can't get any of the Easy CD Creator Applications to work. They all get stuck and I have to shut down the program to do anything on my computer. What can I do?

I have Windows XP - Dell Computer. I downloaded the software from online. I also purchased the cd from online but it will not install the software. Please help!

Sorry to say this but we need a bit more info from you?

Can you put in here the full specs of your system?

OS, Service packs, CPU , Ram, HDD space, ect ect.. as it is hard to give you a resolve without this infomation.

I' having the same problem on my Dell, I've been working with the Videowave portion of the package and after about a minute my computer just freezes and I can't do anything but any emergency shut down. I kept looking for what might be wrong but I've had to shut my machine down at least ten times today because it freezes when I go back into the program. I had used Photosuite 7 Platinum and that worked fine. I'm so frustrated (and disappointed!!!) I spent a lot of money to upgrade.

Again as i said in the reply to ebpv96 above, place some info on your system.

aslo note mrochie, this is a user forum and not a tecnical support point for roxio,

this site is maned by users only, no Roxio staff here full time.

If full tecnical support is what you want then select contact to your left off the menu.

other wise place your info in here like it was requested and lets get people her seeing if they can help.

PS: i also understand your frustration, but im a user just like you, we guru's dont work for Roxio, we are users that have been involed in the product use for years.
