I had a virus attack after which I couldn't use Creator 2009. My OS is XP Pro.
I tried re-installing it but it failed so I followed the instructions for Clean Install and I still have problems.
Every time it gets to the MS.Net 3.5 installation it says there has been a Setup error, although it continues with the installation anyway....... carries on for a while and then rolls back!
It gets to a point where it says the Installation has been interrupted (not by me!) and that's it. I've seen "Error 007E" on occasions also.
I've tried Roxio Customer Care and did whatever they suggested but to no avail.
I've tried to find an answer on MS Knowledgebase but I can't find anything on .Net 3.5 - plenty on .Net 1 and 2....... (it may be me - not always the sharpest knife in the drawer!).
If there's anybody out there with a sense of vocation who would lend me a hand I'd be ever so grateful!
(I'm in the UK by the way - not my fault - accident of birth)
