roxio creator has stopped working

I get......... "roxio creator has stopped working" notice. Then it says...... " A problem cause the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

 

I am using ROXIO 9, and did the latest update. Does anybody have an idea of what i can do next??

Do you have Roxio Creator 2009, or do you have Roxio Easy Media Creator 9? These are two totally different software packages.
