Unable to view 3gp video format using Creator 2009

Can someone tell me how I can view (work with) video from my phone which is in 3gp format? I have just recently purchased and installed Creator 2009 Special and I keep getting a message that the file format is unknown or corrupt. One of the main reasons I purchase Creator 2009 was because 3gp format was listed as a supported format.

What format is the file on your computer. You may have to set Windows to show known formats in the folder view. Just uncheck the "Hide Extension...) Perhaps the format came over wrong.

 

Can you upload a part of that video to an online sharing site? That way, we can see if there is a problem with it. "Up for Down" is one free sharing site. It will take 3gp files. All you have to do is register. Post the link so we can download (and add to our collection of file types.)

 

You can also try something like "Any Video Converter" (free) to see if that program will convert the video. If it can't then the copy from the menory stck was not successsful. If it converte to a mpg2 file, then you have a round about solution that works but is not friendly.
