DvD menu does not play on blue ray player

Hi

 

can anyone help ive created a Blu-ray video project putting 5 of my holiday DvD's onto one 25gb Blu-ray disk i have named all dvd's title as to year and location of holiday.

 

But when i play the blu-ray disk on my Blu-ray player it will play all 5 dvd's in order but does not show me the menu so i can pick which one to watch

 

Any help much appreciated.
