WMP Continues to crash after Cineplayer Install

All,

I have just purchased and installed the Cineplayer plugin for Windows Media Player in order to play DVD's on an older IBM Thinkpad. When trying to play a DVD for the first time, WMP crashed, so I updated to the latest version of WMP and followed the troubleshooting tips provided by the Roxio tech support folks. Playing a DVD worked once and now WMP continues to crash over and over again. Any tips on what I can do to get it working. I would rather not pay $15 for a plugin that continues to crash WMP.

Thanks,

jbiedlin

I'm not sure that you are going to get much help here. First, does your old computer meet the minimum specs?

Is there anything here that the Tech forgot?

If you got it within the last 30 days, call sales and return it ; you have a 30 day guarantee.
