bobet
Trying to install software, error message: "setup.exe is not a valid win32 application", does this mean they shipped me a 64bit version?
Brendon
No, it means that Windows can't get a clean read of the complete setup.exe file. If you're installing off a plastic disc, it usually means that the disc is dirty or scratched. Clean the disc and copy all the contents to a hard drive, then install from that copy. If you're installing a downloaded version, it usually means that your download has been truncated or corrupted. You'll need to carefully download another copy. It works!!!, I was installing from a CD, did as you said, installed just great, I'm in the process right now burning my first DVD. It seems no matter how long one has been using computers, that one learns something new. I really appreciate your help.
Brendon
You're more than welcome, and I think it's a poor day if I can't learn something new during the day.

I glanced through the rest of the forum, I can't believe the problems people are having, is it lack of knowledge, or poor instructions? I'm in the process of burning my 5th DVD, I admit the first few could have been better, but it seems to be a learning curve that's not too difficult.
