0 firenhancer 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2009 Basically what this means is you are missing one character or have incorrect CDkey. You have following options 1. Submit a support request along with P.O.P. 2. If you have registered the product under "My Roxio" account, you have ability to check if the CDkey is present. 3. Consider upgrading to a newer version.
