What drivers do you have for your 9800? The latest Catalysts? I have the same card.

Do you have other burning software installed? Did you build the computer yourself or get it from Dell, Hp, etc. ? If so, it came with junk installed, and you may want to remove it.

I build this PC, myself. I had no problem until the upgrade of MOBO and CPU changed to AMD instead of INTEL.

I have another Video editing program, which was there also before. So it is puzzling me that all of a sudden I get this error message.

The only program I loaded was a codec in order to read various codecs out there. Nothing out of the ordinarry.

Was just wondering if I was the only one with this type of error.

P.S. I have completly un-installed Roxio and even ran registry cleaner then ran regedit to verify everything cleaned out, still same problem after re-loading clean version.

Puzzled ??

It is quite possible that the codecs package that you installed is causing the problem. Adding codecs IS something out of the ordinary.
