Underdog38
I have copied VHS tapes with Win Vista and after installing Win 7. Now the program "hangs up" and I get "Not Responding" message. Is EVD really compatiable with Win 7? I have unistalled the program and reinstalled without success. 0 Brendon
According to post #10 on THIS TOPIC, and the fact it has been removed from the compatible list in THIS SUPPORT ARTICLE it looks as if Easy VHS to DVD is not now considered by Roxio to be compatible with Windows 7. 0 Jim_Hardin
“Not Responding” is an error of a Broken Program… Brendon is correct, it appears that Roxio has washed their hands of it Still, I have installed it twice on Win7 and have it running... No Promises but here is what you can try. You have to uninstall the program, it is already broken. Insert the device and wait for Win7 to install it. Install the software and SP2 for the software. Reboot and check the Device Manager for any errors (Win-Pause, Device Manager). If none, you are good. If any show, download and install the driver pack from Here. Let us know how you make out.
