0 Jim_Hardin
You want to test that the file is OK, by using VideoWave to try the conversion with. If that works, it would probably require the Clean Install to fix it.

I've I can successfully open the files in VideoWave, but the only format I can export into is DMSM. Any helpful thoughts? I'm running an HP computer with Vista. Lorraine You can only save the file as .DMSM. You don't want to save, you want to output it to a file that can be used with the iPod. Click on the Output button at the top left of your VideoWave screen.
