LJSLJS
Greetings, I've opened a ticket with support on this incident, hopefully someone else has already solved it. I'm running RoxioCreator 2010 on a Win7 box with 1TB drive, 600GB free space, 8GB RAM, QuadCore 2 duo, ATI Radeon HD 4850 I've got a .tivo file I pulled from my tivo with the tivo desktop app. It transferred and plays fine, however I want to use it on my iphone/ipod, etc. Selected the video to convert, select iphone, click start... Jim_Hardin
Quite possible the Tivo files are DRM protected. But you would think it would say that upfront and not wait that long and crash... Would you put one of the TiVo files on UpForDownload or a similar site so we could download it and give it a try??? grandpabruce
[snip] But you would think it would say that upfront and not wait that long and crash... I would think so, too, but something tells me, that doesn't always happen.
