I have Roxio Creator 2009. I have the dictation software, Dragon Naturally Speaking. I have a Philips 660 voicetracer digital dictation machine that came with the Dragon package. I dictate into the machine, and then via USB cable I connect it to my Vista home premium 64 bit device. The dictator creates mp3 files, but in order to have the dragon software convert the mp3 file to text, the mp3 file must first be converted to a wav file. When I click on the mp3 file in the dictator's drive the roxio file converter does not recognize it. How do I get the roxio file converter to recognize the mp3 file and then convert it to a wav file?
