Confirmed on fault on three seperate systems. Asus and MSI Desktop systems and an HP laptop. Running 64 bit Vista and 64 bit Windows 7.
In Video Copy and Convert click on options, make any changes or simply just try and close. Video Copy and Convert crashes with message "Roxio Video Copy and Convert has stopped working. Windows is looking for a solution to this problem"
Is this a known bug and is there a resleas schedule for Roxio to fix?
I have an older version of Roxio DVD COPY and it stopped working.. (just freezes up) so I bought a new version of 'Creator 2010' and the same thing happens. As soon as it is installed it freezes up everything and it has to be removed before the computer will work. Support has been NO HELP !
I emailed them 3 times and only got some reference number. NO FIX ! I think I'll take it back to the store I purchased it from and tell them it probably won't work on any computer.
