franklemcs
not, installed the first Windows 7, then the Roxio and SP1 and then the office 2007.
grandpabruce
not, installed the first Windows 7, then the Roxio and SP1 and then the office 2007. I installed the win 7 after Roxio 2010 and office 2007. And now uninstall the 2007 and installed 2003 and ran the problem is only with the 2007 not, installed the first Windows 7, then the Roxio and SP1 and then the office 2007. Now, it appears that you installed Windows 7, then Roxio Creator 2010 with SP1, then Office 2007, then Windows 7 again. Hopefully, someone will drop in, who can decipher what you said. Office 2007 has been known to cause problems in other versions of Roxio, and other non-Roxio software, but I hadn't heard that it causes a problem with Creator 2010. It looks like MS has struck again, unfortunately. It looks like English is not your native language, so that may be part of the trouble with communication. I am sorry that I can't quite understand totally, what you are saying, but keep trying.

Ripperfreak
not, installed the first Windows 7, then the Roxio and SP1 and then the office 2007. I am using WINDOWS 7 Home premium and MS Office Ultimate 2007. And I got no problems with Roxio 2010 or even EMC 9 when I still did not unsinstall it. Although I must admit I never used the Label Creator because i use Canon Pixma Ip5000 for my disc printing not Epson. I did try to design a Disc cover and works fine. So not sure where your problem lies.
Jim_Hardin
Do you have the 2010 SP1 installed? It fixes conflict between 2010 and Office 2007.
bimicher
Do you have the 2010 SP1 installed? It fixes conflict between 2010 and Office 2007. The OP claims that Office 2007 installed Roxio Label Creator 2010 ... at least that is the way I (and Bruce??) read the post.
Franklem
2010 SP1 installed! The label Creator 2010 only opens if the office 2007 is uninstalled. I installed the win 7 after Roxio 2010 and office 2007. And now uninstall the 2007 and installed 2003 and ran the problem is only with the 2007

Yes, that is the way I read it, Walt. 2010 SP1 installed! The label Creator 2010 only opens if the office 2007 is uninstalled. I installed the win 7 after Roxio 2010 and office 2007. And now uninstall the 2007 and installed 2003 and ran the problem is only with the 2007 Your post makes less sense than your first post. You installed Windows 7 after you had already installed Roxio Creator 2010 and Microsoft Office 2007? The only way that you could have installed Windows 7, and kept everything functional, is if you installed it over Vista. Is that what you did?
