Question

Hi, I am burning a 1280x720 video that I made, my issue is when I burn it the video on the TV does not get the right size, It seems like when it is burn it get a litlee zoom, it fit to screen, and I loose the borders of the video. I do not why is this happening and I can not figure out how to solve it.

My ideal thing would be if the TV is other resolution than the video, it shows black borders like when you see a movie on the computer

Help!!!

It's a thing called 'Overscan'. On a standard tube television, there are lines above, below and space to both sides that are actually off the screen. If you crop your pictures to fit the entire space in the 4x3 video frame in VideoWave, there's a fair amount that will fall into the overscan area. There's an icon on the top of the VideoWave menu to display the overscan area. You want to keep your images within that area if they are going to be played on a standard TV. This may require that you create a black border around your pictures to get them to fit entirely within the overscan area. If you do a little searching on these boards, you'll find there're references to some free utilities that'll do a batch convert/resize of pictures. Sorry, but I don't recall the name off the top of my head.

Hope that helps!
